Ishma Randhawa
Founding Partner
Ishma Randhawa is an Advocate and Founding Partner of Law Chambers of Randhawa & Grover. She has been practising law since 2005 and leads the firm’s criminal litigation, white-collar defence, regulatory and constitutional practice.
Her practice covers criminal trials, bail, anticipatory bail, quashing, criminal revisions, appeals, preventive detention, economic offences, and matters under special statutes including NDPS, COFEPOSA, UAPA, PMLA, Prevention of Corruption Act, Customs Act, DRI-related proceedings, Matrimonial Laws and allied laws.
She served as Additional Advocate General, Punjab from 2022 to 2024 and has appeared on behalf of the State before the Punjab & Haryana High Court. She has also been appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Punjab & Haryana High Court in criminal matters. Her practice combines trial court grounding with High Court and Supreme Court advocacy.

Dhananjay Grover
Founding Partner
Dhananjay Grover is an Advocate and Founding Partner of Law Chambers of Randhawa & Grover. He practises primarily in corporate, commercial, civil and constitutional law, with a focus on commercial disputes, corporate advisory, contractual arrangements, real estate disputes, insolvency and recovery proceedings, writ remedies and arbitration.
He has worked with leading senior practitioners and has been part of legal teams in significant constitutional, criminal, commercial and arbitration matters. His experience includes domestic and international commercial arbitrations, public sector disputes, corporate advisory, government contracts, and high-value commercial litigation.
He was appointed Government Pleader for the Union of India before the Delhi High Court in 2022. As Co-Founding Partner of LCRG, he manages the firm’s corporate, commercial and civil practice and advises businesses, promoters, private clients and public bodies on risk-sensitive legal issues.
